Nordstrom to Open Rack Store at Southcenter Square in Tukwila

SEATTLE, Jan. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nordstrom, Inc. announced today it will open a 35,000 square foot Nordstrom Rack store at Southcenter Square in fall 2007. The Nordstrom Rack is the company's off-price retail division offering a wide selection of quality brand name apparel, shoes and accessories for men, women and children at savings of 30-75% off original prices. The merchandise is transferred from Nordstrom Full-Line stores and Nordstrom.com, in addition to special purchase items. The location at Southcenter Square will be the sixth Nordstrom Rack store in Washington state.

Nordstrom, Inc. currently operates eight Full-Line stores in Washington in Downtown Seattle, Northgate Mall, Bellevue Square, Tacoma Mall, Southcenter Mall, Spokane, Vancouver Mall and Alderwood Mall.
