Need gifting help? For the first time, Nordstrom will make gifting experts available to customers through online chat, virtual appointments and in-store appointments. Whether you're short on time or looking for inspiration, Nordstrom gifting experts can help find gifts for everyone on your list. Click here to learn more and get started. While you're at it, let us wrap that present for you — even at the curb. In addition to complimentary signature silver boxes, starting November 1, Nordstrom will offer complimentary holiday gift-wrapping in our stores on all Nordstrom purchases. New this year, gift-wrapped items can be picked up in-store or at curbside. Plus, the gift wrap is 100% recyclable.
Want to make it personal? Visit any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Local to get your gift personalized. Whether you're adding initials to a denim jacket or a name to a blanket, Nordstrom tailors can help make your gifts as unique as the recipient. This year, customers can even personalize masks and have custom masks made.
What about stocking stuffers? Trunk Club offers customers a try-before-you-buy styling experience, and new this year, customers can request stocking stuffers from Nordstrom's home, kid's and beauty categories in addition to pieces to complete their cozy winter wardrobe.
In a rush? In Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington D.C. Need styling support? Whether you're looking for the perfect outfits for your family holiday photos, an upgrade to your cozy winter wardrobe or a dressed-up outfit to attend an intimate holiday event, Nordstrom has virtual and in-person styling services to help you look good and feel your best.
What else is Nordstrom doing? You can convert our festive shopping bags into origami shapes based on instructions on each medium bag, or turn our large bags into gift tags, wrapping paper, mobiles, tree decorations and more! Like our gift wrap, the bags are 100% recyclable. We're also offering the first 50 customers to pick up their purchases via Curbside Pickup in each Nordstrom or Nordstrom Local store a special surprise as a thank you for shopping at Nordstrom.
