Celebrating with our Employees and Partners 
Our employees are the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud to support our LGBTQIA+ team members and allies through NordstromPLUS, one of our eight Employee Resource Groups open to all. NordstromPLUS is dedicated to creating spaces for community and connection year-round and will host a series of events for our teams throughout June. We’re also excited to support our employees’ participation in Pride parades and celebrations nationwide. 

Our commitment to our team includes providing them with the comprehensive benefits and resources they need. We’ve also developed long-standing partnerships with non-profit organizations that provide meaningful support to the LGBTQIA+ community.
